Choose your fav items (via the lookbook or online wishlist) then make an enquiry. We’ll send you an initial quote (valid for 7 days) and chat through any questions.

Secure your booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit. You'll get a special URL to access all the important info about our systems, processes, and products.

Fill out the welcome form which tells us ALL the ins and outs of your event. Closer to the date of your booking, we’ll touch base to firm up the logistics.

The TY team arrives bang on schedule to set all your hired items up in line with your floor plan.

You enjoy a seamless, stress-free event (we’re only a phone call away!).

At the agreed time, our team will swoop in and pack everything down.

Will you set my hire items up for me?
Absolutely - 'dump & run’ isn’t our style! We’ll deliver your items AND carefully set everything in place for you, because a) you’ve got enough on your to-do list and b) we’re perfectionists who get a real kick out of seeing everything set up juuuuuust right.
Can I request a specific delivery and collection time?
Yes, but the more notice the better as we’re often coordinating a number of deliveries and collections on any given day. When you book your items you can let us know your ideal times for delivery/collection and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What locations do you service?
The entire South Island (pretty much anywhere with good vehicle access!).
Can I customise items with my own branding?
Absolutely - events are powerful branding opportunities, after all. We love creating custom builds/walls/signage to give your event a more personal touch.
